Head into the long Winter months strong. The Fall Fitness Camp Challenge is a 6 week training program in circuit format using primarily body weight training and park equipment but will also include suspension training, medicine balls and bands. Fitness Camp is for all levels of fitness. That being said, do come prepared to get your heart rate up and activate those muscles and have fun. Bring your own mats for on the ground core work and gloves
